Traffic Seven works with businesses, brands, and professionals to identify and fix the issues that are holding them back. We operate both as an interim team member or as a supporting consultant.


We help established companies, small businesses, early-stage brands and independent professionals, focusing on how a business actually operates day to day. This includes issues in structure, management, performance, e-commerce, digital execution, communication or branding, and the way these areas work together.


In most cases, the challenge our clients face is not a lack of ideas or initiative, but a gap between how a business is supposed to work and how it is actually functioning day to day.


Traffic Seven is focused on closing that gap. Our experience in both large and small operations means we understand where these problems typically originate and how they affect performance in practice. This allows us to quickly identify what is not working and address it in a practical, implementable way. Most importantly, we were clients before becoming service providers so our approach is not theoretical, and we understand the pain points as we have experienced them directly.


We are involved in both diagnosis and implementation. We do not only highlight issues, we work on resolving them, and improving how things function in reality, not just on paper. We avoid trend-driven solutions and focus on what will actually work in practice.



The scope of our work is broad because operational issues rarely exist in isolation. A problem in one area often affects several others, and effective resolution requires working across them rather than treating them in isolation. This is a rare skill, as few professionals have had the breadth of experience needed to operate across all areas of a business and understand how they connect. Highly specialised specialists are effective at solving specific problems, but overly siloed structures often lack the communication and coordination between departments needed to operate properly, creating multiple inefficiencies. It is often believed that the same person cannot work on both creative and data-driven or managerial work, but our experience shows this is not always true.


Traffic Seven works across creative, strategic, and operational projects. This is our forte, and clients trust us as a “right hand” across key areas of their business. Of course, we collaborate with different specialists in each matter when needed, based on the specific requirements of each project, with complete flexibility.
